Irakli Beroshvili

Data Center Technology Architect

Irakli Beroshvili joined UGT team in 2003 and at the beginning of his career, started working as a service engineer. Irakli is currently the architect and head of the Data Center Technology Department.

With the support of the company, he constantly took care of improving qualification and as a result, he reached the highest levels in the certifications of HPE, Microsoft, Symantec, Dell Technologies and Vmware. Irakli holds such certificates as: HPE – Master Accredited Solutions Expert (MASE), Dell Technologies – Technology Architect, VMware – Certified Professional, etc.

Irakli has been repeatedly awarded the Vendor personal award for the successful implementation of unique, large-scale and complex projects. He received the Personal Achievement Award from Dell Technologies for special contribution to the brand development process. In 2022, he received a personal award from HPE for outstanding technical achievements.

Irakli’s highest competence, professionalism and expertise are recognized both by the world’s leading vendors, as well as by experts working in the technology area and UGT clients.

Irakli successfully implements in leading private and public sector organizations such solutions and systems as: hyperconverged infrastructure solutions, data center virtualization, consolidation of data storage systems, high performance computing systems, desktop virtualization (VDI) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.

Vato Chantladze

Cyber Security Technology Architect

Vato Chantladze has been a member of UGT team since 2010. Currently, he is the head of the cyber security direction of UGT.

  Vato holds the highest certificate of Check Point, which he was the first to pass in the region – Check Point Certified Security Master Elite. He was also the first in Georgia to obtain the title of Check Point Certified Maestro Expert and Check Point Appliances Certified Expert. Vato actively cooperates with leading cyber security manufacturers and holds such certificates as: F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator, IBM Certified Deployment Professional, Trellix Network Security Platform Specialist, Cisco CCNP Security, etc. At the special invitation of Check Point, Vato studied network security at the SecureAcademy in Israel. He is also actively involved in the development of various cyber security protocols as a member of the IETF and a fellow of the Internet Society.

Vato Chantladze, together with UGT team, has been implementing cyber security solutions for leading vendors for many years. He has implemented a number of unique and large-scale projects throughout the region. Vato’s expertise is trusted by UGT partners, the world’s leading vendors of cyber security systems and UGT clients.

Mikheil Mchedlishvili

Data Center Engineering Architect

Mikheil Mchedlishvili started work at UGT in 2005 as a service engineer, and today he is head of the direction of the engineering infrastructure of data centers.

Mikheil Mchedlishvili is the only architect in the region who completed the ATD (Accredited Tier Designer) certification of the Uptime Institute. He has implemented engineering solution projects for the largest and strategically important data centers in Georgia.

Mikheil has also successfully completed leading vendor Rittal’s IT Chiller Advanced Training certification course and has obtained Level 3 BTEC status in Practical Data Center Design.

Irakli Khoperia

Network Architect

Irakli Khoperia joined UGT team in 2019 as the head of Network and Collaborative Systems Department. Irakli has about 20 years of experience in the field of network engineering and has worked at various times in both the private and public sectors as a consultant involved in a number of large-scale projects.

Irakli holds certificates and specializations of such leading manufacturers as Cisco, Aruba, Check Point, VMware, Dell. In 2021, he received a personal award from HPE for outstanding technical competence. With the direct involvement and guidance of Irakli, UGT implemented many large-scale and complex projects in the direction of network infrastructure.

Davit Khasia

Chief Engineer of Electrical and Building Management Systems

David Khasia started working at UGT in 2021 as a chief engineer and is currently the head of the Electricity and Building Management Systems Department. David has experience working in various leading companies in the field of engineering and automation. He is also the founder of a technology startup and Forbes 30 Under 30 2019 winner.

David holds Siemens, Schneider Electric certificates and together with UGT electrical and building management systems team, has earned Schneider Electric EcoXpert partner status. With David’s involvement and guidance, UGT successfully implemented a number of branded hotel projects.

Niko Sulkhanishvili

Senior Engineer of Telecommunication Systems

Niko Sulkhanishvili is an outstanding telecommunication systems expert with many years of experience. He started his career with the development of the telecommunication sector in Georgia. He has worked in a number of leading companies at different times and since 2022, he is the head of the direction of UGT telecommunications systems.

Niko has completed Siemens, Huawei, Alcatel certification and has rich experience in implementing systems of leading vendors.

Ioseb Meskhishvili

Cloud Solutions Architect

Ioseb Meskhishvili joined UGT in 2013 as a senior system engineer. He has 12 years of experience working with various complex systems. He specializes in the architecture and implementation of server and workstation virtualization, server and data storage systems, backup copy systems, hybrid and public cloud solutions. He holds professional certificates from such manufacturers as: VMware, Microsoft, F5, Dell EMC, Veritas.

Since 2019, he has been involved in the development of the UGT Cloud platform and helps organizations solve various tasks using cloud technologies.

Alekhsandre Jakhua

Cloud Technology Architect

Alexander Jakhua joined UGT team from the very beginning, in the first years of the company establishment (1998-2003). Since 2019, Alexander has been leading the UGT Cloud data center. He has 25 years of experience in network infrastructure, operating systems and software.

During his career, he has been actively involved in several global projects, including the creation of a backbone service provider and a fiber optic IP/MPLS Core network project. Alexander has been certified in Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper and Oracle products at different times.

Papuna Japhiashvili

Software Architect

Papuna Japiashvili has many years of work experience with leading international and local organizations and is one of the leading software architects in Georgia. He joined UGT team of experts in 2017.

Papuna has completed a number of large-scale projects, both for state organizations and in the business sector. Among the projects implemented by him are:

• single integrated system of the Citizenship and Migration Division of the Services Development Agency

• system of examinations and certification of judges of the High School of Justice

• Integrated management system of the energy company in the United Water Supply Company of Georgia
